Ready-made items will be shipped the next working day and sent by Royal Mail or Parcelforce for larger items. Delivery is included. I currently deliver within the UK only.

Given the nature of the product, hand painted signs and glass gold leaf artwork are always sent tracked, signed for and extremely well packaged.

For custom signs, please allow 2 weeks lead time from order to shipment. You will be regularly updated on progress and I will let you know when your artwork is ready for delivery. You will receive tracking information.

Bespoke gold leaf signs take up to 4 weeks from design to completion. I will liaise with you during the design process to ensure you are happy with the colour, style and design choice and you will receive regular updates on progress. As soon as your artwork is ready to be shipped, you will be informed and given all the tracking information.
