Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and ensuring that the item is securely and well packaged. You must also provide proof of postage. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. Provided the item is in its original condition, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Colourful Kat Signs reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received.  This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet my standards.  Should Colourful Kat Signs exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.

The following items cannot be returned:

CUSTOM, PERSONALISED & BESPOKE ORDERS

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for custom, personalised and bespoke orders.

A deposit of 50% will be required to place a bespoke order with full payment made upon agreement of the design. Once a bespoke piece has been started it cannot be cancelled and a refund will not be possible given the nature of the artwork. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product once received, please contact me and I will do all that I can to resolve the issue. Email kat@colourfulkatsigns.co.uk

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
