A fabulously eye catching, reverse glass gold leaf letter R. Stunning typography design, carefully hand-crafted in 23ct gold on a paint marbled background.

I used a traditional technique called the Boston gild to create the combination of matt and mirror gold bevel effect. The letter is outlined in black and a marbled paint background completes the image.

The mirror gild catches the light, creating a strong statement piece for your interior setting.

A beautiful gilded initial makes the perfect, unique gift for birthdays, housewarming and many other occasions.

Finished in a natural oak wood frame with backing, D-rings and twine for hanging. Measures 270x270x15mm.

I will require a minimum 2 week – maximum 3 week turnaround for bespoke commissions. This is because I may need to order materials. I then carefully paint and gild the design with time allowed for drying between the various stages. I finish the art work myself with a natural wood frame and securely wrap and post by Royal Mail signed for delivery.
