Stunning, reverse glass gilded Celtic knot, carefully hand-crafted in real 23carat & 18carat gold leaf.

This beautiful Celtic knot was first hand drawn and painstainkingly painted onto the reverse of the glass. I then carefully applied 2 types of gold leaf using various techniques to create a mirror and a matt gild. The mirrror gild has a reflective quality which catches the light beautifully and makes a striking statement piece, suitable for any interior setting.

The painted drop shadow creates a 3-dimensional illusion of depth and a real oak wood frame finishes the piece beautifully.

This artwork would make a perfect gift for any occasion or an ideal treat for your home! It comes with D-rings and twine on the back, ready for hanging. Measures 220x220x15mm.
